RETURNS:
NO Returns unless there is physical garment damage, OR the wrong size is sent.
All items must be returned with no damages in order to receive your full refund. No stains, rips, or physical alterations of the garment of any sort.
Items must be returned within 7 days after the purchase date.
You may receive a full refund or elect to exchange your merchandise for new merchandise of equal value.
Email sales@mailloechii.com with your ORDER NUMBER as well as a brief description of why you are making the return. We will process your return and contact you with your return status within 7 days.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after your order payment is processed and confirmed. Your payment must clear before your shipment is processed.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after your payment has been processed to receive your package.
Generally you can expect to receive your items within 7 to 10 business days maximum.
